Breakfast

So for the question of breakfast,I for one do not eat breakfast 😉 I know right. You can have light food for your breakfast muesli with yoghurt,or you can even have fruit salad anything light,remember you have just woken up,you can have a snack in between. Remember you do not eat fruit after 2 pm,also a tip drink your first liter of water before 12 pm. Have a blast I'll see you soon 😊 we will be doing a no weigh in October 💪

Within waking up,an hour before breakfast drink this concoction (a liter of hot water,cucumber,green tea,fresh ginger,lemon and mint). It helps with flushing out all the acquired non used fats of the night. This a grat way to start your day and to getting a flat tummy.
