The two next post will be about how I break a stall (not losing weight).

Firstly I do intermittent fasting with OMAD (one meal a day) which means I only eat once a day at a certain time. During the day I drink only liquids, water,green tea,black coffee and avoid soft drinks. I do this for a week or so, it is not nice lol but that scale has to move somehow. I lose about 3 kg for that week then I get back to the game 😊
