Sources of fats

First thing first,your oils. It is so important to know which oils to use when you want to lose weight. I use coconut oil for frying and extra virgin olive oil for cooking.

Coconut oil: coconut oil suppresses appetite, helping you not to eat too much. You can even put a spoon in your tea or coffee,thats what I do every morning 😊

Another good source of fat are whole eggs,they contain a brain nutrient,choline that mostly of us do not get enough of.

Lastly avocados,they contain about 77% fat and are among the best sources of potassium in a diet.

I picked these 3 sources of fat because I think they are the cheapest and you can find them almost in any supermarket.I avoid eating cheese because it is dairy and sometimes it can stall your weight.
