Yip,there is no quick fix. As I said today we check in πŸ™‚This is my before and after, all I did was eat my vegetables and my protein. Everything that I shared with you is everything I have been doing,I have never in my life set foot at the gym, I have been using the skipping rope all the time. I try to do squats every now and again. You can also do it its all about determination and knowing what you want to achieve. Set goals that you know you can achieve and take it a day a time, remember it won't be easy and you will not lose the weight over night, it will take time,you will fall and you will give up. But most importantly you need to get and dust your self and give it a go again. ❤❤❤❤❤ remember eat to live and not live to eat
