Fruit

So today I want us to discuss the issue of eating fruits. I do not like eating fruits because they contain sugar which will stall weight loss. On the other hand there is fruit which is acceptable like your berries all kinds. You can also incorporate watermelon I read somewhere that it is really good for weight loss. If you love your fruits that much just make sure you eat it as a snack just before noon to allow your body to break it down.
