So today I want us to discuss the issue of eating fruits. I do not like eating fruits because they contain sugar which will stall weight loss. On the other hand there is fruit which is acceptable like your berries all kinds. You can also incorporate watermelon I read somewhere that it is really good for weight loss. If you love your fruits that much just make sure you eat it as a snack just before noon to allow your body to break it down.
The blog is about body transformation. I will be challenging my audience to a 30 day transformation where we will be eating healthy food and doing some exercises to lose some weight. I will give guidance and advice for those who need it, and I will be posting some useful information.
