Secondly, I use the egg fast also using OMAD. For this fast you have to eat a minimum of 6 eggs a day, you can have them which ever way you want, but have to have a source of fat. I for one do the egg salad and mayonnaise will be my source of fat. You can do this fast for a minimum of 3 days but not more than 5 days. 
The two next post will be about how I break a stall (not losing weight).

Firstly I do intermittent fasting with OMAD (one meal a day) which means I only eat once a day at a certain time. During the day I drink only liquids, water,green tea,black coffee and avoid soft drinks. I do this for a week or so, it is not nice lol but that scale has to move somehow. I lose about 3 kg for that week then I get back to the game 😊

This is another dish of mine 😊 as I said I like simple things. So here we have green beans, remember I said it is important to try and have atleast one green veg on your plate, I have creamed spinach, pumpkin and pork. I just just put in cheese on the spinach.

Yip,there is no quick fix. As I said today we check in πŸ™‚This is my before and after, all I did was eat my vegetables and my protein. Everything that I shared with you is everything I have been doing,I have never in my life set foot at the gym, I have been using the skipping rope all the time. I try to do squats every now and again. You can also do it its all about determination and knowing what you want to achieve. Set goals that you know you can achieve and take it a day a time, remember it won't be easy and you will not lose the weight over night, it will take time,you will fall and you will give up. But most importantly you need to get and dust your self and give it a go again. ❤❤❤❤❤ remember eat to live and not live to eat
Hello good people,so even this plate we have simple stuff,we do simple people we do not want complicated things. We have baby marrow,green beans,boiled eggs and some chicken livers. You steam your baby marrow and green beans,you are allowed to play around with the chicken livers and add whatever you like. Enjoy 😊

Good day peeps. Just like all my other meals this one too is an easy one 😊
Ingredients: stir fry (onion,peppers and mushrooms), blanched carrots, sweet potato, and meat and a piece of sausage. I just cookedmy meat with little water when it was boiling I then I put my spices,after I let it fry on its own oil. Happy eating

Good evening my people,the dish for tonight is broccoli salad. My broccoli is raw you can cook it if you do not like it raw. It has peppers green and yellow,you mix everything together add mayonnaise and salt for taste. I also added fetta cheese. You  can play around and include bacon if you eat it anything is allowed just play around and use what you have.

Hey my people. So as I said this week its all about food food food, you are welcome to eat anything that you want but I will be sharing my meals with you. Yesterday I ate an egg salad, I unfortunately did not take a picture but you just chop your hard boiled eggs and put them in a dish with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, you can add herbs of your choice. I added cucumber tomatoes red onions and some salt and pepper for taste.

Good evening my people,so a friend of mine just told me how much it is important to have green vegetables in almost every meal that you have. They promote weight loss,you lose faster when eating them. So try having,cabbage,spinach or any other green veg,I prefer green beans,they allow me to be versatile and play around with ideas and plating techniques.

Fruit

So today I want us to discuss the issue of eating fruits. I do not like eating fruits because they contain sugar which will stall weight loss. On the other hand there is fruit which is acceptable like your berries all kinds. You can also incorporate watermelon I read somewhere that it is really good for weight loss. If you love your fruits that much just make sure you eat it as a snack just before noon to allow your body to break it down.

Just a reminder,do not forget to drink enough water during the day by 18:00 you should be finished with your 2 litres to avoid going to the loo during the night,lol.

Also it is very much important to get enough sleep 8 hours min,if you do not take time to rest your body will somehow make the time and rest on its own,and you do not want that.

Hey hey,you need to have these spices at your cupboard at all times. They are so good for weight loss, I even put cinnamon in my smoothies. You can include them almost in everything. You can even use these spices when making your homemade dressings, I use cayenne a lot even on marinades.

Sources of fats

First thing first,your oils. It is so important to know which oils to use when you want to lose weight. I use coconut oil for frying and extra virgin olive oil for cooking.

Coconut oil: coconut oil suppresses appetite, helping you not to eat too much. You can even put a spoon in your tea or coffee,thats what I do every morning 😊

Another good source of fat are whole eggs,they contain a brain nutrient,choline that mostly of us do not get enough of.

Lastly avocados,they contain about 77% fat and are among the best sources of potassium in a diet.

I picked these 3 sources of fat because I think they are the cheapest and you can find them almost in any supermarket.I avoid eating cheese because it is dairy and sometimes it can stall your weight.

Eating fats

Monday tip: hello my people so today I am coming with a tip about fats. It is soo important to have a source of fat in every meal that you take. These fats are essential in giving you energy and supporting cell growth.  Fats also help our bodies to absorb nutrients and in the production of hormones.

Hey guys,sorry for the late post. I've been having problems with the network, my computer has crashed so I'll be using my phone.
I had salad for dinner last night. 
Ingredients: shredded lettuce,sliced raddish,juliene slices of cucumber, red onion sliced,diced red pepper,fresh broccoli,olives and feta cheese.
